The Westchester County Taxi and Limousine Commission wants our licensed community to be safe and well-informed amidst the community spread of coronavirus disease 2019. In an effort to minimize person-to-person contact at WCTLC offices, our department is operating with limited in-person staff. Essentially, we will follow these procedures:

• Late fees will be waived for permits expiring in March, April, May and June 2020 as long as permits are renewed by Aug. 1, 2020.
• Effective March 23, 2020 and until further notice, the WCTLC service window will be closed.
• All applications and forms can still be submitted by mail or through the drop box located in the lobby of our office building at 112 East Post Road, White Plains, NY 10601.
• Driver permits may also be renewed online.
