When contracting with a vendor for car service or for a special occasion (wedding, prom, etc.), be sure the vendor is licensed by the WCTLC.

We encourage you to read the contract thorougly before signing.  Be sure to discuss in depth the terms and conditions of the contract and the rate you will be charged. Don't sign if you have any doubt about what you're paying or what you're paying for.

When booking in advance, it's always a good idea to call the vendor at least 10 business days before your scheduled pick-up to confirm the date, time and location of the needed service.
